Service Description

Our exciting summer camp runs Monday through Friday, offering two schedule options: part time (8:00 AM to 12:30 PM) or full time (8:00 AM to 3:30 PM). Each week includes one hour dedicated to Spanish language learning and features a special guest to make every week unforgettable. Families also have the option to purchase breakfast and lunch from Buh’s BBQ throughout the week. On Fridays, we celebrate with Pizza for just $5 extra. Please note that we will be closed on June 19 and July 4th. Open to children ages 3 to 12, all participants must be potty trained. Don’t miss your chance to tour our school on Saturday, April 12, or Saturday, April 19, to see all the fun and learning we have planned! Please verify which session and enrollment are the best for your child: Summer Program Application Fee - $45 Part Time (8:00am - 12:30pm) a. Weekly cost - $350 b. Session 1 Cost - $1,330 Full Time (8:00am - 3:30pm) a. Weekly Cost - $375 b. Session 1 Cost - $1,425 Journey's End ( 3 days ) Our first session is scheduled from June 2nd to June 27th. No camp on June 19

Cancellation Policy

📅 Reservation & Enrollment Policy Applies to: Montessori Program, After School Program, Summer Camp & Art Classes All reservations and enrollments at Navarre Montessori Academy are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. A student is considered officially enrolled only when: • All required forms and documentation have been completed and signed • All deposits and fees have been paid in full • Formal acceptance has been confirmed by the school Submitting an application, inquiry, or payment does not guarantee a space in any program. Spaces are limited in all programs, including Summer Camp and Art Classes. Navarre Montessori Academy reserves the right to deny enrollment based on availability, suitability of the program for the child, or incomplete requirements. ❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy Applies to all programs and services. All payments made to Navarre Montessori Academy are non-refundable and non-transferable, including but not limited to: • Registration fees • Tuition payments • Deposits • Material fees • Summer Camp fees • Art Class fees • After School Program fees If a family chooses to withdraw a student from any program for any reason, including personal, medical, scheduling, or dissatisfaction, all payments made will be forfeited. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for: • Missed days or sessions • Schedule changes • Early withdrawal • Weather-related closures • Holidays or family travel • Behavioral or adjustment challenges In the event that Navarre Montessori Academy must cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances, families will be notified as soon as possible. Refunds, if any, will be provided only if required by applicable law. By enrolling, registering, or participating in any program, parents and guardians agree to these terms. Participation in Summer Camp and Art Classes may involve special materials, outdoor activities, hands-on projects, and creative expression. Families acknowledge and accept that participation may include exposure to art materials, nature elements, and creative tools in a supervised environment. Navarre Montessori Academy prioritizes safety, respect, and mindful engagement in all activities.
