Waiting List

The parent / guardian fills out the Navarre Montessori Academy waitlist Form. This form is available online.

Toddlers

Casa de Niños

Kindergarten

& Elementary

If Navarre Montessori Academy is at capacity, start dates can be difficult to project. Positions on the waiting list are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, except for:

•Siblings of children who are currently enrolled.

•Children transferring from other accredited or AMS affiliated Montessori institutions.

• Children who's parents works for NMA

Children can be on the wait list as soon as they reach 12 months of age.

If/when an opening is projected, we will attempt to contact you via email and at the phone number you provided after your tour. You will have 48 hours to respond. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will move to the next child on the list.

If we offer your child space and you choose not to apply at that time (but wish to remain on the list), we will keep your child's name in the same position for a future vacancy. Should you decline to apply a second time, your child's name will be removed.

Being on the Waitlist does not guarantee your child will be offered an opening for the specific enrollment date you are requesting. If we cannot accommodate your requested date, your child’s name will remain on our Waitlist until a spot is available.

Although we typically do not call unless there is an opening, from time to time we may contact you to see if your needs have changed since your initial Waitlist application (even if a spot is not currently available) so we can keep an accurate and up-to-date roster of interested families.

If you have any questions about completing the waitlist application, need to update your contact information/change your dates requested/check on your waitlist status, please don’t hesitate to call us at (850)710-3879 or email us at info@montessorinavarre.com.

Dress Code

Dress Code

We have established rules for proper dress code with the aim of making your child’s school experience as pleasant, positive, and successful as possible. We ask that you help your child learn the new dress code so that he/she can make appropriate choices when dressing for school. Our students wear a school uniform on a daily basis. This policy must be adhered to so that our student body develops a feeling of community and belonging. We have heard on numerous occasions about the complexity of getting a child dressed in the morning. Therefore, we have chosen to become a uniform school as of August 2017.
