• The parent/guardian fills out the Navarre Montessori Academy waitlist Form. This form is available online.
  
  Toddlers,  Primary & Elementary
   

• If Navarre Montessori Academy is at capacity, start dates can be difficult to project. Positions on the waiting list are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, except for: 

-Siblings of children who are currently enrolled.
-Children transferring from other accredited or AMS affiliated Montessori institutions.

-Children who's parents works for NMA
 

• Children can be on the waitlist as soon as they reach 12 months of age.

 

• If/when an opening is projected, we will attempt to contact you via email and at the phone number you provided after your tour. You will have 48 hours to respond. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will move to the next child on the list.  
   

• If we offer your child space and you choose not to apply at that time (but wish to remain on the list), we will keep your child's name in the same position for a future vacancy. Should you decline to apply a second time, your child's name will be removed.

 

• Being on the Waitlist does not guarantee your child will be offered an opening for the specific enrollment date you are requesting. If we cannot accommodate your requested date, your child’s name will remain on our Waitlist until a spot is available. 
   

• Although we typically do not call unless there is an opening, from time to time we may contact you to see if your needs have changed since your initial Waitlist application (even if a spot is not currently available) so we can keep an accurate and up-to-date roster of interested families.
